This GMT-Master is in great vintage condition with wear consistent with age. The case is in good condition with normal signs of wear. The numbers are visible between the lugs. The red-back "fat font" bezel is in great condition with normal signs of wear; the red portion has faded to an attractive pinkish color and the blue presents as a dark aqua color. The matte black dial is overall good, attractive condition with light patina and a couple chips around the edge of the dial ( eight & nine o'clock). The lume on the dial has aged to an even marshmallow color. The hands have developed light patina and the lume in the hands matches the color of the lume on the dial nicely; the seconds hand is a later luminova service replacement. This watch has a stainless steel 7836 oyster bracelet with 12 links and 380 end links. The bracelet is in great condition with some light wear.

This circa 1972 example is in great, attractive vintage condition. Over the years Rolex made many different variations of the 1675 and this example features a matte "Mark IV" dial. The defining characteristic of this is the tall coronet and the placement of the "M" in "Master" over the "C" in chronometer, it lines up to the center of the “C.”

I have worn this watch everyday for 47 years, had it cleaned every 8 or so years, had the bezel replaced with the new one back in the 80s. Paid $400 in Switzerland in 1970. This is the greatest lifetime deal ever!!
