- Bob KuepperAlexander made the sale of my Omega watch as customer friendly as possible. Bob’s Watches provided the shipping instructions and covered the FedEx costs for the shipment and all packing materials. The shipment was also insured at their cost. When they received my watch it was opened and examined by them under video surveillance to verify authenticity. The Omega Seamaster was 22 years old and required a fair amount of servicing for resale and their cost to refurbish the watch was fairly reflected in their price they offered to pay me, which was actually more than I paid for the watch 22 years ago. Alexander’s low key, no pressure approach included his offer to return the watch to me at their expense if I had not been satisfied with their offer, no questions asked and no problem on their part. He made a preliminary offer of a price range subject to inspection. I accepted and received a pre-paid shipping package. Once the watch was received and inspected, I was given the final price, which I accepted. Payment was wired to my checking account.
