The Datejust "Thunderbird" Turn-o-Graph is characterized by a distinct 60-minute rotatable bezel in precious metal. This feature predates other more well-known Rolex tool watches, such as the Submariner and GMT Master, making it the first timepiece in the brand's catalog to feature a timing bezel. The ref. 16253 is the two-tone variant of the line that also boasts a barked finish on the bezel, a five-piece link Jubilee bracelet secured by a Fliplock clasp, and a champagne dial topped with yellow gold indices and central sweeping hands. As a member of the Datejust family, the Turn-o-Graph also features a waterproof Oyster case and a Perpetual movement.
