Rolex stopped producing Day-Dates with smooth bezels shortly after this reference, only recently adding them back to the regular production lineup alongside the modern generation. Aside from that feature, both models are essentially the same gold vintage Rolex. To make things even more exclusive, the Rolex 1802 for sale here, sports a "double signed dial," featuring the usual Rolex logo at 12 o'clock and the Tiffany & Co retailer logo just above the chronometer rating at 6 o'clock.
