Pre-owned Rolex Yacht-Master II ref 116688 (2013). Rolex discontinued the Yacht Master II last year, making models like this one incredibly sought-after by collectors in the know. When the model debuted in 2007, it was one of the most complex watches the brand had ever released. It coupled the technology of a regatta chronograph with a rotatable Ring Command bezel, allowing the wearer to accurately time events and look stylish doing it. Of the several variations Rolex made during the collection's production run, ref. 116688 is among the most luxurious. It features a solid yellow gold finish, a classy white dial, and a lustrous blue ceramic bezel. It's also worth noting that this model pre-dates the 2017 update Rolex made to the dial to commemorate the YM II's 10th anniversary, during which the hands were updated to Mercedes-style hands and the square-shaped hour markers were swapped out for an inverted triangle at 12 o'clock and a rectangle at 6 o'clock.
