Phenomenal customer service from the Bob’s Watches , reputable team. Being an out of state customer I was hesitant to purchase , but I spoke to Max about my selection and he put me at ease . Easy order process, I had to call as I was sending to my office to avoid delivery to my home, since it was a gift. Talked with San, who was most helpful, and got next day delivery. Watch appears to be "excellent" as advertised!
