Pre-owned Patek Philippe Nautilus ref 3800/1JA-001 (2001) is a two-tone edition of the famed Patek watch with a desirable 37.5mm case. For those unfamiliar, the Nautilus was released in 1976 and was initially only available with a 40mm case. These "Jumbo" models were well-received, but there was still considerable demand for smaller options. Enter the ref. 3800, which was released a short while later in the 1980s and featured a case measuring just under 38mm. It remains a widely sought-after pre-owned Patek despite being discontinued in the mid-2000s because of its many captivating variations and approachable case size. Ref. 3800/1JA-001 is a two-tone variant featuring a stainless steel case and bracelet, lustrous 18k yellow gold center links, a matching gold bezel, and a rich blue dial decorated with gold.
