Used Rolex Sea-Dweller Deepsea Model 116660
The Rolex 116660 Deepsea debuted in 2008 and was the first reference in the line. Its most notable contribution to the Rolex catalog is the ability to withstand depths of up to 12,800 feet, a resistance that is achieved via the addition of a Helium Escape Valve, a triple-sealed Triplock screw-down crown, a thicker sapphire crystal, and a Ring Lock System. To accommodate these features, the case also boasts a larger 44mm diameter and utilizes a titanium case back for an easier hold on the wrist. As a newer pre-owned Rolex, the ref. 116660 also features a larger luminous display on the dial, a unidirectional time-lapse bezel with a Cerachrom ceramic insert, 904L Oystersteel, and a folding Oysterlock clasp with a tool-free Glidelock extension system.
