I was extremely happy to find my Submariner Date as I've been on the waitlist for a couple of years with Rolex to no avail. I decided it was time to try pre-owned and Bob's came recommended by a friend as a trusted reseller. I was happy with how easy the experience was, how quickly my watch arrived (2 days) and the perfect condition it was in. It seriously looked like a brand-new watch despite being 8 years old.
The watch was delivered in perfect condition as well as the original boxes, tags, etc. The customer service was awesome. Very friendly people who were there to make my first buying experience with Bob's awesome! I will definitely be buying my next watch with Bob's and probably soon!
The watch was in immaculate condition. When the description said “no signs of wear”, it literally meant 0 signs. The watch looks brand new. The entire purchase experience was effortless and only took 2 days, including the shipping time to have the watch in hand. I highly recommend Bob’s. This is my 2nd Rolex purchased from them.
If I didn't know any better, I'd swear this was a new-in-box chronometer. It is flawless. Great communication and customer service. I will buy my next watch from Bob's as well, so long as they have it.
The watch arrived less than a week from the date the payment was made, considered it's from the US to Australia, across the globe during the Covid 19 pandemic, very impressed with the services. Pictures don’t do the timepiece justice. You can dress up or casually wear this watch. Either way it looks great.

Perfect condition. The most iconic piece in the entire Rolex collection. Acknowledged as the best dive watch in the world. Most people consider it one of the best watches in the world, dive watch or otherwise. It’s the undisputed daily wearer because it’s versatile, functional and durable. This reference is the newer version with updated case, lume and engraved center ring. Can’t get the smile off my face. I’ve owned many watches from many brands, I don’t know why it took me so long to consider a Submariner.

Literally like new. Better condition than I had imagined. The service was excellent: I contacted Bob’s twice, and each conversation was extremely helpful. The reps were excellent and also promptly returned my call when I missed them.
An amazingly pristine timepiece, the pictures did not do the watch justice it looked flawless like it had been purchased and stored.
The watch was delivered FedEx the next day and was in excellent condition. The Rolex box, manual and warranty card were in very good condition as well.
Im glad I bought the Submariner Date because its a very detailed sport watch vs the no Date. For me the Submariner Date seems a little bit smaller due to the business of the Dial and I like that better.

Watch was exactly as described. Very little wear...if any! Watch looks great and though a little early to tell for sure appears to be holding time as it should. Also, payment was processed same day and shipped over-night. So I got the watch 24 hours after my purchase. I will be using again!
