Rolex GMT-Master 16750 - 'Pepsi' Bezel Insert
The Rolex GMT Master 16750 came to market in 1981 and replaced the reference 1675. Along with the introduction of the GMT Master 16750 came the addition of a Quickset function. This feature is built into the movement and allows the date to be adjusted with a simple twist of the crown. Older non-Quickset movements required the crown to be wound a full 24 hours in order to change the date. Just like its predecessor the GMT 1675, this reference 16750 features a 24-hour time-lapse bezel and distinct red GMT hand. The wearer can set the bezel to local time, a feature that was intended for professional pilots. This particular reference displays a black dial set with an attractive patina lume and a date aperture at the 3-hour marker. The red and blue Pepsi bezel pairs nicely with the stainless steel case, Oyster bracelet, and Oysterclasp.

The watch was just as described, in fact, better than described online. The transaction was simple, secure, and seamless.
This was my first time working with Bob's and the process could not have been better from my perspective. The watch was a gift for my son who enjoys watches...this will be his 6th Rolex. I didn't participate in the conversations but he had several several questions which the staff fully answered. I entered when it was time to settle up. The customer service was great and the watch arrived very quickly. I'm not the the watch enthusiast in the family, but I see no reason why we wouldn't be looking for # 7 with Bob's as well.
