Used Rolex Daytona Cosmograph 16523 - Champagne Dial
The Rolex 16523 Daytona is a handsome variation of the brand's two-tone chronograph that pairs a versatile steel and gold finish with a matching champagne dial. Black registers pop against the champagne dial for an easy reading, and the Daytona logo is presented in red, creating what many avid preowned Rolex collectors refer to as a "tri-tone" dial. This used Rolex watch is a nice addition to any collection.
The Daytona was initially developed with space travel in mind, hence its complete name the Cosmograph Daytona and is equipped with a 400-kilometer tachymeter bezel and a Zenith El Primero calibre 4030 movement, complete with self-winding technology and stopwatch functions. In the 1960s, Rolex's Cosmograph found its place among the world of professional racing at the Daytona Speedway, and the track's name has been present on the dial ever since.
