A Hollywood icon, there are few celebrities bigger than Sylvester Stallone. Because of his memorable characters like Rocky and Rambo, Stallone is the quintessential action star. During an interview with ABC’s Robin Roberts, Stallone wore the Rolex Everose gold Yacht-Master. One of the newer Rolex luxury sports watches, the Yacht-Master 40 ref. 116655 in pink gold make a huge splash during its debut at Baselworld 2015. Sporting an Everose 18k rose gold case, black Cerachrom ceramic bezel, and new Oysterflex rubber bracelet, the ref. 116655 is quite a departure from the preceding Yacht-Masters. Stallone has been a big fan of yellow gold Rolexes for a long time. Early in his career he often wore a yellow gold Day-Date or Submariner. And here we see him carrying on the tradition with a solid 18k yellow gold Rolex Day-Date President on his wrist. Characterized by the day of the week aperture at 12 o’clock and date window at 3 o’clock, the Rolex President has maintained its reputation as the most prestigious Rolex dress watch since its unveiling in 1956. The Rocky star owns several Rolex GMT-Masters, but this particular model of the famed pilot’s watch is incredibly lavish. Not only is the GMT-Master II 116759 SARU crafted in 18k white gold, but it is also embellished with diamonds, rubies, and sapphires. On the bezel of the GMT-Master II SARU are baguette-cut blue sapphires and red rubies designed in a way to resemble the iconic Rolex “Pepsi” bezel. Furthermore, there are diamonds on the upside down triangle and watch lugs. This tough guy definitely doesn’t shy away from wearing diamond Rolex watches.
Rolex Deepsea Sea-Dweller

Rolex’s extreme diver’s watch, the Deepsea Sea-Dweller is at home on Stallone’s wrist. Able to plunge down to an incredible 12,800 feet (3,900 meters) thanks to its Helium Escape Valve (HEV), the Deepsea is one serious diving watch. Whether Stallone chooses to dive with his Rolex Sea-Dweller is beside the point as it looks fantastic as an everyday luxury sports watch too. Firstly, its stainless steel 44mm Oyster case wears large due to the case thickness to accommodate the HEV. Also, the black “Maxi” dial and black Cerachrom ceramic bezel configuration is characteristic of Rolex’s contemporary tool watches. Finally, the matching Oyster bracelet is not only great to look at, but super comfortable to wear too. Famous for playing almost superhuman men that fly in the face of danger, the Deepsea is just as robust and resilient as Sly himself.
