- AllysonBob's delivers on their promises and have great customer service. My contact was Laura Cohen, who couldn't have been more friendly, honest, and up front with how the process works. I had an emotional sale and she was wonderful. I had the shipping label sent to me and money wired all within a week. - Steve StarkBought my first Rolex ever yesterday and it was delivered this morning. Bobs has a great website that made picking out and buying my Rolex Date model painless. One of the things that made me desire to go with Bobs was the fact that all watched are guaranteed 100 percent factory. Most other online retailers do not guarantee this and many will have aftermarket bracelets and such. Thank you for an absolutely stunning Rolex at an affordable price point. - John R from OrlandoWow, is all I can say. I saw and ad for Bob's and submitted my Rolex Submariner information and photos at 10am last Saturday. Laura called me withing a couple of hours and told me what the value of my watch was dependent upon the condition it was in. She clearly outlined how much the value would drop for each item such as the crystal, face and band and sent me an overnight FedEx label. I shipped the watch on Monday and received an email acknowledgement that my watch had arrived and that I would receive a call with a price by the end of the day. Laura called me that afternoon with an extremely robust offer for my watch. She took by wire transfer information and I had my money by 2pm on the next day. Fabulous service, nice people to work with and I highly recommend. I was really skeptical at first to sell my watch online but it was a great decision.City:Orlando

I emailed Bob's that morning wanting to sell my watch. 30 minutes later Max called. that afternoon i printed the shipping label. next day they received the watch. the following day a check was in the mail. It doesn't take any more effort to be honest then it does to be dishonest.

A friend recommended Bob's. I found exactly the watch I was looking for, with the original box and papers. The watch was listed as a "grade II". I called and spoke to the sales associate who pulled the watch and knowledgeably answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. She also walked me through the order process.
The watch arrived as promised, the following day after I wired the payment and it is flawless. The condition of the watch exceeded my expectations. There is not a scratch, mark, smudge...nothing. It is as they said "like new".
