This 1505 Rolex is a very fine edition of the iconic Oyster Perpetual Date. The case is surrounded by a handsome machine-turned bezel in yellow gold and wears on an older-style Oyster bracelet with steel and gold 3-piece links. The two-tone finish is complemented by an exquisite blue dial, which is adorned with Tritium plots in a warm patina, yellow gold hands, and older-style indices. The date aperture is always present at the 3-hour marker alongside a magnifying Cyclops lens, making this edition of the Date instantly recognizable. The 1505 is also a member of the Oyster Perpetual collection, which means it also includes a waterproof screw-down crown and a movement with self-winding.
