This Vintage Rolex watch is in overall excellent condition with light wear to the case and bezel. The words "DISTINGUISHED PRESIDENT" are engraved on the caseback.

Benvenuto Cellini was a skilled goldsmith who rose to notoriety during the Italian Renaissance. His dedication to perfecting his art form and producing impeccable pieces of work inspired Rolex to create the Cellini line of wristwatches. Each timepiece is a work of art in itself and honors the legacy of the great Benvenuto Cellini.
The ref. 3038 that is presented here today is a stunning example of the line that was produced during the mid-1950s. Its feature set includes a handsome 14 karat yellow gold finish, a 33mm round case with "Distinguished President" engraved on the case back, and a newer black Crocodile Rolex leather strap. The silver dial complements the all-gold finish beautifully and features older-style Arrowhead hour markers, long, sword-shaped hands, and an Optimist International logo just above the 6-hour marker.
