Description: Rolex Air-King 14010M
Pre-owned Rolex Air King ref 14010M (2003 - 2005) hails from the collection originally inspired by the pilots of the British Royal Air Force. As the story goes, pilots preferred their own Rolex timepieces over military-issued watches, which inspired Rolex founder Hans Wilsdorf to develop an affordable alternative for them to wear. Hence, the Air Series was born. The Air-King remains the only model that is still in production today. However, it looks vastly different than the discontinued Rolex for sale here, which more closely resembles a classic Rolex dress watch. Ref. 14010 is a collector favorite in stainless steel, featuring a unique engine-turned bezel. The bezel's smooth segments perfectly align with the hour markers below the dial, creating symmetry and a remarkable wrist presence.
