Pre-owned Panerai Luminor ref PAM01075 (2020) is instantly recognizable as an iconic Luminor with its cushion-shaped case, over-sized lever-activated crown guard, and baton/Arabic numeral dial. The watch features a distinctive cream "sandwich" dial and left-handed "Destro" crown configuration. Other features include scratch-resistant sapphire, Superluminova lume, and the hand-wound caliber P.3000 mechanical movement.
