The watch was purchased on Fri.,5:30 pm,Est and arrived Sat.,11:30,Est..Eighteen hours later across the USA,(NOT BAD).Upon opening the package, the Oris Diver I purchased was wrapped well. This was an unused and unworn model.Bob's Watches was most thorough( even the time was set correctly).Now one might say that I am most excited about this new Oris.However,the above content was indicative of their communication during the entire deal.(There was a trade-in involved as well).My time is precious and I make it a point never to evaluate a product and/or company for considerable time after purchasing an item.
