Pre-owned Cartier Cougar Panthere Vendôme ref 166920 is named after the Place Vendôme, the location of the French Maison's flagship in Paris. The distinctive watch is distinguished by straight shoulder lugs attached to a round case and a silky, jewelry-like bracelet, similar to what we expect from the ultra-luxurious Panthere collection. Ref. 166920 is a gorgeous two-tone model decorated with a beaded crown with a blue cabochon, blued steel and sword-shaped hands, and elegant Roman numerals. At 23mm in diameter, we think this watch will look delicate yet fashion-forward on the wrist. It also features a reliable Quartz movement, scratch-resistant sapphire, and a secure deployant clasp.
