We are the largest online luxury watch retailer in the country. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. - Ensuring that all clients are satisfied with products and services
- Assist with handling complaints and inquires
- Follow up with customers by phone or email to check that they are satisfied with purchases
- Processes payments timely and accurately per terms
- Determine the quickest, most effective way to answer a customer's question or inquiry
- Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
- Troubleshooting customer issues
- Working with the purchasing, sales, and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems
- Responds promptly and professionally to internal staff regarding customer inquiries
- Assist in ad hoc projects as needed
- Attention to detail, interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with internal staff and customers
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions
- Multitasking and organizational skills to work on multiple issues at one time
- Active listening and communication skills to handle customers who may be upset
- Time management skills to respond to customer emails, calls, and web chat messages promptly
- Resourceful

- Working knowledge of Microsoft products

- Hourly, $18.00 - $23.00 per
