At first, when I decided to buy an expensive watch online because of the prices, I was very worried and therefore did a lot of research on reputable sellers with good prices. After looking at the reviews and the bbb ratings of Bob's Watches, I decided to purchase the watch from the Bob's Watches. I received the watch the next morning I purchased the watch.
Took it to Lux Bond & Green, which is a official Rolex retailer in Hartford, to make sure the watch is authentic and found out that the everything about watch is legit.

Even after thoroughly looking through the internet I couldn’t find not one bad review about Bobswatches so I took a chance. I received my Datejust with in 24 hrs of it being shipped and it arrived this past Saturday in a Rolex box with all of its documents with the time already set to east coast. I took it to the local Rolex store just to confirm its authenticity and I was very relieved when they told me that it was the real deal. I absolutely love the watch and I want to thank you for making my first Rolex purchase a great experience.
- ElizabethBought my husband a Rolex for his 50th which we ended up returning as it wasn't his style. Watch was received as described with all papers and box, serial numbers checked-out. Return was handled without any issues and money was credited in full within a couple of days of them receiving the watch. Very good experience, highly recommended.
- PeterAs promised by Laura at Bob's Watches, I received my Sea-Dweller 16600 the very next day after my wire transfer cleared. The condition of the watch was advertised as Mint and it's every bit of that. Even though the watch is 18 years old (Serial T - 1996), it looks practically brand new. My experience with Bob's Watches has been completely satisfactory and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Bob's again.

- B FI received the watch at 9:50 a.m. DST today. If I didn’t know better, I would swear the watch is brand new. I am so amazed at the condition of the watch and how quickly I received it. I could not be more satisfied with the entire transaction including the price I received for the watch I traded in.
