I had it in at the Rolex boutique today to get a link added (no fault of bobs watches I just have abnormally large wrists). The staff in the store could not believe the condition for the age and the journey this watch had been on given that it likely originated in the USA nearly 26 years ago and is now residing here in the Middle East. It looks as good as the day it came out the Rolex factory. - JimAt first I was very skeptical of buying a nice watch over the Internet without seeing the product first and without the comfort of the backing of a large online retailer like Amazon. But I then contacted Bob's and Carol (the founder's wife) and Joe answered all of my questions. The other online reviews, and articles by Forbes, WSJ, NY Times were also a big help toward allaying my fears. I proceeded with the purchase and the watch arrived 10:30 am the next morning as promised, in the Rolex box with all the paperwork and in pristine condition. It did not look pre-owned at all. In the end, I purchased the watch I've always wanted and saved 27% off the new price. It's also comforting to know the "spread" between the buy and sell price. If I ever decide to sell this watch back to Bob's, I know about how much I will get in return. Very impressed all around with Bob's Watches!City:Philadelphia
