- JimAt first I was very skeptical of buying a nice watch over the Internet without seeing the product first and without the comfort of the backing of a large online retailer like Amazon. But I then contacted Bob's and Carol (the founder's wife) and Joe answered all of my questions. The other online reviews, and articles by Forbes, WSJ, NY Times were also a big help toward allaying my fears. I proceeded with the purchase and the watch arrived 10:30 am the next morning as promised, in the Rolex box with all the paperwork and in pristine condition. It did not look pre-owned at all. In the end, I purchased the watch I've always wanted and saved 27% off the new price. It's also comforting to know the "spread" between the buy and sell price. If I ever decide to sell this watch back to Bob's, I know about how much I will get in return. Very impressed all around with Bob's Watches!City:Philadelphia

- SandyThese guys are the best! We had an original mens gold presidential face with diamonds. We had sold the watch 10 years ago and forgot to give the new buyer the extra face. (He had bought a black face w diamonds in it maybe 5 months after purchase .) I shopped around at two rolex stores and they werent interested. I went to another rolex jeweler who told me it was an original.. Worth money to only certain people. I found Bobs site and within a week I had a check in my hand. They did everything they said they would. Thank you guys! Appreciate all you did.
