I sold my Father’s Rolex GMT to Bob’s Watches. I’m writing this review because I had a terrific and enjoyable time working with this Company. The Associate I worked with was Sam Berger. She did a terrific job in advising me of my Rolex GMT Value. I sent her a photo of the Rolex Gmt and was then given a quotation which was way beyond what I thought it was worth. She then sent me a Fedx box to ship to her for on site evaluation. It turned out to be reloomed which was disssppointing as it lowered the value. She said would try to locate a buyer which she did and still gave me a great price for my watch. She was extremely helpful in explaining everything about my Rolex’s value. I felt she was honest and made me feel so glad I had her to sell my Rolex for me. She sent me a check in two days.
I would highly recommend working with Sam Berger In selling or buying a Rolex with this Company. To me she went above and beyond in helping me through this process which I had never done before.

Just sold my Rolex. The whole process was very quick and easy. They earned my trust in the company and in future if I had to buy a Rolex or any luxury watch, this would be my first stop. Only sad part is I had to let go of my watch which is like 6 months old and lost quite some money but still got better money than what some Dealers offered. Maybe I would have got more money in open market like eBay etc but that would require luck where a specific buyer should be in need of your specific model and willing to pay good money but those are troubled waters to navigate. I was give a quote before I decided to let go my watch and so I knew how much I was getting. Once we are ok with that, rest is breeze. Good job Bobs. Thumbs up.

I rarely write reviews but this one is well earned and deserved. All the staff at Bob's was courteous, enthusiastic and answered each question I had. Received the watch by noon next day and it's exactly as described and photographed. I highly recommend. You won't go wrong here. I already have another purchase in mind. Five stars for sure!!

Another great experience from Bob’s Watches! My 2nd purchase from these guys. Rolex Explorer II (Polar). Needed a less expensive watch as my go to watch at my coffee factory. These guys had lowest price around and next day shipping as always. The staff at his establishment is always very friendly. Megan Morse answered all my questions and was very helpful in making sure my order got out same day.

My wife bought me a mens rolex president and Bob's did a great job. The watch was exactly as advertised with books and papers. I took it to a jeweler the day I received it and it checked out perfectly. Also FAST shipping. Great job-Bob's.

Just received the Rolex watch from Bobs and it is beautiful. My husband took it to our local authorized Rolex dealer and everything was as Bobs watches said it would be 100% authentic, my husband will be buying one for himself in the very near future.For anyone who reads this if your looking for an honest seller to buy a high end watch look no further buy from Bobs watches.

I ordered my watch almost two weeks ago and received it the next day by free overnight express. It looks like new. The jeweler, who removed three links was also impressed. He mentioned to keep the links safe because they are each very valuable. BTW, I believe Bob will do this for you free if you ask them. Just make sure you know how many links you want removed.
