Sent a wire payment, the submariner was on my wrist in 24 hours, from California to Massachusetts. Condition too nice to wear. Only remaining issue, wife wants one. We'll be in touch again. - Chris TaborIn this day and age, you start to doubt everything and everyone when it involves business transactions. When it came to dealing with Bobs' Watch, it was very obvious that I was was dealing with one of the most professional organizations in the country. Dealing with them was pleasant and efficient. It started off with them quoting me a price by e-mail, and followed with them sending me a pre-paid, insured shipping label at no cost to me. It mailed out with overnight delivery, and after they received it, we finalized our business. The process of shipping and completing the sale were taken care of in a 24 hour period. Thanks to Holly, it was simply an incredible experience, handled with integrity and class. I never had to question their integrity, as Holly made sure I was comfortable with everything. She contacted me when needed, and I simply didn't think that this level of service was still possible in this day in age!
- SteveJust received by Z serial Black GMT and it has exceeded my expectations. Watch is in mint condition with no visible scratches and the customer service/ support was outstanding. Watch arrived the next day with everything including the outer box and sleeve which weren't even advertised. Will definitely be getting another piece from here when the time is right!
