Vintage Watch Condition Examination:
This GMT is in overall great vintage condition. The case is in good condition with normal signs of wear. The bezel insert is in great condition; the colors have faded to a ghost root beer bezel and has some wear. The dial is in great condition with light patina. The hour markers and hands have developed patina. The lume on the dial has aged to a pleasing beige color. The lume on the hands are a lovely cream color. The American Oval Jubilee bracelet is in good, honest condition with some wear and stretch between the links which is common for this style bracelet.
Description: Rolex GMT-Master 1675
The reference 1675 is the second iteration of the original GMT Master and was offered in many variations. A handful of metal options were produced under ref. 1675, including the steel and gold like the example we have here. It pairs the two-tone finish with a beautiful brown dial with brown and gold bezel. However, what really sets this watch apart from other vintage Rolexes on the market are the charming yellow gold nipple hour markers and overall “Root Beer” motif.
This example is coming directly from the family of the original owner and has retained its box and punched papers which is always great. We have seen more interest in "Root Beer" GMTs and here is a good opportunity to get a lovely example with character!

Well represented watch in excellent condition. Super fast shipping. My second purchase from Bobs but not my last. Their watches seem to be in better condition than many of the others I’ve seen online.

I have worn this watch everyday for 47 years, had it cleaned every 8 or so years, had the bezel replaced with the new one back in the 80s. Paid $400 in Switzerland in 1970. This is the greatest lifetime deal ever!!
