Used Rolex Oysterquartz Datejust 17000 - Silver Index Dial

The OysterQuartz line is equipped with an in-house quartz movement and is the result of Rolex's attempt to keep up with a growing demand for quartz watches during the 1970s. The OysterQuartz line maintained several aspects of the traditional Datejust watch in the form of a waterproof Oyster case and a date mechanism on the dial. The main difference was that the case was much more angular and wore on an integrated bracelet that was exclusive to the OysterQuartz line. This particular preowned Rolex utilizes a distinctive integrated bracelet design with thicker links that are reminiscent of the classic Oyster bracelet.
