Rolex GMT-Master II Ref 16760
The mens Rolex 16760 GMT Master II is a prized collector's item. When the GMT Master II debuted in the 1980s, it was introduced under the ref. 16760. Also known as the "Fat Lady" or "Sophia Loren", the ref. 16760 is characterized by a fatter case that was developed to accommodate the new movement with a newly-independent 24-hour hand. This edition of the GMT was only produced for a few short years before being discontinued and replaced with a version with a slimmer case. The ref. 16760 that you see here today is a rare chance to add the elusive 16760 with a red and black Coke bezel to your watch box. This example is in excellent used Rolex condition and can be yours today for a competitive GMT Master II price.
