Rolex Milgauss 116400 - John Eisenhower's Watch w/ Rolex Provenance
The Milgauss ref. 116400 is available in several dial options, including the white and orange dial variation that we have listed here today. Striking orange baton hour markers sit at each hour position alongside 60-minute graduations and an orange lightning bolt seconds hand. This particular feature set mirrors the incredible anti-magnetic properties that lie within the case. As its name would suggest, the used Rolex Milgauss is capable of withstanding an incredible 1,000 gauss, making it an ideal tool watch for scientists, doctors, and power plant workers. As a professional series watch, the case measures a tradition 40mm and wears on a three-piece link Oyster bracelet secured by a folding Oysterlock clasp. This particular watch was given to Dwight Eisenhower's son, John Eisenhower, as a gift from Rolex.
