Used Rolex GMT-Master II Ref 16760 - "Fat Lady Coke"
Also known as the "Fat Lady" or the "Sophia Loren", the ref. 16760 was the first GMT Master II and is characterized by a fatter case and curved lines. As the first in the series, the ref. 16760 required a thicker case to accommodate the upgraded calibre 3085 movement which now offered an independent 24-hour hand. This upgraded feature increased the number of time zones that the wearer could read from two to three. Soon, Rolex released another ref. 16710 with a thinner case, however, there are many collectors who seek the Fat Lady for its status as a rare collector's item.
