Rolex Air-King Date 5701
The Rolex 5701 is a rare opportunity to add a vintage Air-King with a date complication to your luxury watch collection. Historically, the Air-King is offered with a time-only dial, which makes the preowned Rolex that is presented here today an even more intriguing find. Produced sometime in the mid-1980s, this particular ref. 5701 features a handsome champagne dial topped with gold hour markers and hands and nicely aged lume in a warm patina. The date display is presented at the 3-hour marker, the Air-King and Rolex logo sit at the 12-hour marker, and a single luminous baton marker sits at the 6-hour marker. The case measures 34mm in diameter and wears on an alligator strap.
