- Bob Elliott JrReceived my Rolex Oyster Perpetual 39mm via FedEx overnight service this morning. Watch is everything I had hoped for and was exactly as represented on Bob’s Watches website. Very satisfied however I had paid $50 extra to have a certificate of authenticity done and this was not included though I was charged for it. I sent an email right away and am confident they will resolve it.
I would rate this buying experience 4 stars out of 5 due to the certificate issue. I’d like to praise Bob’s Watches on the way they treat you when you are selling them a watch. I have sold 3 Rolex’s and 1 Omega to them in the past 2 years. - Steve StarkBought my first Rolex ever yesterday and it was delivered this morning. Bobs has a great website that made picking out and buying my Rolex Date model painless. One of the things that made me desire to go with Bobs was the fact that all watched are guaranteed 100 percent factory. Most other online retailers do not guarantee this and many will have aftermarket bracelets and such. Thank you for an absolutely stunning Rolex at an affordable price point.
