I recently purchased Rolex Daytona White 116520 from Bob. Great customer service. I never expect to be the watch to be in the like new condition like it has shown on the website but it does. Very happy with the price. Would definite revisit the site again.

I wanted to sell my Daytona and my initial plan was to sell it on eBay so I could get the "best price" Even though I've seen how many watches go unsold on the site, and I've read the comments from people who sell their watches and the buyer doesn't pay. I didn't even consider selling my watch from one of the watch dealers who buy and sell because I assumed they would really low ball me. Then I saw the ad by Bobs and it they seemed legit. Long story short, I called, they sent a prepaid Fedex overnight box. I sent them my watch and the next day made an offer that was higher than I was going to ask for on eBay (and no 1100 dollars for fees to ebay and Paypal) I will be both selling to, and buying from Bobs in the future.

I decided my graduation gift to myself would be a pre-owned Rolex. I had already researched new time pieces at local stores. I stumbled on Bob's website and read that the timepiece I wanted would come with original box, and papers but it also came with the hang tags and that sold me on purchasing my timepiece from Bob's. The price was competitive but the free shipping and no sales tax is where I found the most savings. When I received my Datejust, I immediately took it to a local Rolex for authentication. Not only was the replacement value thousands more than what I paid, the watch was ready in 4 days not 10 as expected which to me said it was in pristine condition AND the authentication came back with all Rolex parts and serial #. I'm a very satisfied customer for life.

I love Bob's Watches!! I sold my Preside wrontial Rolex watch that was over 30 years old. They quoted me a great price (more than any other company) and after they looked at, deducting what work they needed to perform on it, they still offered me a great price! I would recommend them to anybody.

I have been collecting Rolex Timepieces for nearly 20 years and have always purchased brand new from ADs. This is to ensure I get a new, complete and authentic timepiece, In other words, “Peace of Mind”. Until last month when I wanted to get a 2 Tone, Date just with Oyster/Smooth with White Dial and Roman Numerals. This particular piece would have cost me over $11K and decided to give “Bob” a shot. They were reviewed by Forbes magazine and appear to have a rock solid reputation.

So, I purchased the exact timepiece I wanted and hoped for the best. I am fairly demanding in regard to retail and service industries as both have become lazy and always cutting corners, However, I am at a loss for words in the entire process that Bob utilizes and I received my timepiece 23 Hours after ordering it. I was astonished by the beauty of the watch, the care in packaging and the overall experience! In short, Incredible and completely impressed.

But for the best part! The timepiece had the original box, papers, warranty card, etc. and noticed a few concerning things. The warranty card was filled out by an Authorized Rolex Dealer in California and was only dated 8 months ago, but the Rolex was made in 2005. After some calls and research, I was informed that the timepiece was never sold and was NEW OLD STOCK for the last 11 years and was in fact sold only 8 months ago and put into service from an AD.

I was amazed how this beautiful watch never had a home and is now on my arm at 35% off MSRP. My nerves are settled and I have peace of mind on the authenticity and origin of this watch and I probably list this purchase as my most exciting ever. I understand this situation is not normal however, it just makes the entire buying experience with BOB and the love of the watch just that much more. If you’re buying from an AD, the loss is in your pocket book! Buy from Bobs.
