Confidence in Bob's Watches?

I have bought two Rolex's from Bobs and I have had zero issues. Everything checked out and I was satisfied both times. It's possible something slips through the cracks but overall they have about as good as a reputation as a grey dealer as just about anyone.

Bob's Watches?

Last year I bought a Rolex OP 39mm dark rhodium from Bobs. They are awesome. I called them first and asked all sorts of questions and they were more than happy to answer them ALL. Since I was not financing, I had to wire them the money from my bank. Once they received the funds they sent my watch FedEx overnight, fully insured, and very well packed. The watch arrived and was perfect! I took it to a local jeweler to authenticate and get an appraisal for insurance and that guy also vouched for Bob's! LOL!

Is Bob's Watches legit?

Definitely legit. Just made my 2nd purchase with them a few weeks ago. Very happy both times.

Answers to Common Questions

Yes. Bob's Watches sells directly from owned inventory, not anonymous third-party listings. Every watch is inspected before sale, listed with detailed photos and condition information, and backed by an authenticity guarantee, warranty, and return policy.

Yes. Bob's Watches guarantees that every Rolex it sells is authentic. Each watch goes through inspection before being listed, and Bob's stands behind that guarantee with a money-back policy if a watch is ever found not to be authentic.

Because no two pre-owned watches are exactly the same. Pricing can vary based on condition, production year, reference, dial or bracelet configuration, box and papers, and current market demand.

How We Determine Pre-Owned Pricing

Condition

Wear, parts, polishing, service history, and overall originality are inspected with a loupe.

Reference & Year

Small differences within the same family can create meaningful price differences across references and production years.

Configuration

Much of a watch's value lies in the dial, bracelet, bezel, metal, and included accessories like box and papers.

Market Demand

Our pricing reflects what collectors are actually buying in real-time.
