Rolex GMT-Master 126710 - New Jubilee "Batman" Model
2019 has been an exciting year so far for the GMT Master II. At Basel World this past March, a few variations of the stainless steel and ceramic bezel GMT were added to the brand's catalog, including the Batman ref. 126710BLNR that you see here today. The newest generation of GMT Master II's boasts a brand new calibre 3285 Perpetual movement, complete with a more efficient skeletonized Chronergy Escapement, a 70-hour power reserve, and anti-magnetic technology. The 126710 also brought back the five-link Jubilee bracelet - previous stainless steel 6-digit references were only produced on a three-link Oyster bracelet. The Rolex Batman timepiece with black and blue bezel that you see here today is also widely sought-after for its use of Chromalight lume, which emits a bright blue glow, its 904L-grade Oystersteel finish, and the use of a ceramic "Cerachrom" bezel insert.
