Pre-owned Cartier Tank Solo XL ref W5200028 is the classically elegant luxury watch collectors have adored for decades, with an automatic mechanical movement and an XL 40.85mm x 31mm case. It has all the usual Cartier identifiers, including Roman numeral hour markers, a Chemin de Fer minute track, blued steel hands, and striking blue synthetic spinel. The Tank was released over a century ago and continues production today. While Cartier has made several finely nuanced upgrades to the series, its core DNA remains in the form of longer brancards and a case with sharp, right angles. It's an enduring model that belongs in every watch box, and we have a handsome example for sale here in excellent secondhand condition.
